Do I pay Zoho separately for the CRM subscription?
Yes — Zoho CRM is a subscription paid directly to Zoho. Standard starts at ₹1,300/user/month (billed annually). My fee is a separate one-time implementation charge. I help you choose the right Zoho plan for your team size and needs.
Can you migrate our existing data from Excel or another CRM?
Yes — I import leads, contacts, accounts, and deals from Excel, Google Sheets, or any other CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.). I handle field mapping, deduplication, and data cleaning as part of the implementation.
